SevaCore is seeking a G Invoicing Subject Matter Expert to support civilian agencies with Treasury‑mandated G Invoicing processes integrated to Oracle Federal Financials.

This fully remote role requires US residency and involves coordinating with business, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliant operations and smooth system integration.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting G Invoicing in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with Treasury mandates, OMB guidance, and interagency agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for G Invoicing processes including GT and C agreements, orders, and performance transactions.
• Support federal buy sell transactions including GSA rent, DHS security, and other interagency services.
• Assist with configuration, testing, and operational support of G Invoicing integrations with Oracle Federal Financials.
• Support day to day operations including issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with system owners.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams to resolve functional and system issues.
• Support user acceptance testing, production validation, and post deployment stabilization activities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials related to G Invoicing processes.
• Participate in working groups and stakeholder meetings to support continuous process improvement.

Role Description

SevaCore is seeking a G Invoicing Subject Matter Expert to support federal financial management operations for civilian agencies, with a primary focus on HHS. This role supports the implementation, stabilization, and ongoing operations of Treasury mandated G Invoicing processes integrated with Oracle Federal Financials and related systems.

The ideal candidate has hands on experience with federal buy sell transactions, interagency agreements, and ERP financial systems, and can work comfortably across business, functional, and technical teams. This position supports mission critical financial operations and helps agencies remain compliant with evolving Treasury and OMB requirements.

This is a fully remote role supporting federal customers.

Requirements

• Experience supporting G Invoicing in a federal environment
• Strong understanding of federal financial management and buy sell transactions
• Experience working with Oracle Federal Financials or similar federal ERP systems
• Familiarity with Treasury mandates, OMB guidance, and interagency agreement processes
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into operational solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• United States residency required
• Ability to support federal clients in a remote work environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting HHS financial systems such as UFMS or FBIS
• Experience with GSA rent or DHS security payment processes
• Prior experience supporting Treasury, IPAC, or GTAS related processes
• Experience providing tier two or tier three operational support
