Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct service experience in early childhood education.
• 3 years mentoring, coaching, consultation, or technical assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive RBPD and coaching to early care settings in Minnesota.
• Encourage collaboration among families, providers, and community programs.
• Coach professionals through modeling, goal setting, reflection and resource sharing.
• Help develop and implement action plans to meet ongoing goals.
• Assist in structuring environments, routines and interactions for positive social-emotional outcomes.
• Connect programs and families to CICC resources and community partners.
