Job summary

Center for Inclusive Child Care is seeking part-time RBPD coaches to support early childhood educators in Minnesota, focusing on inclusion, health and safety. Candidates should have 5 years of direct care and 3 years of mentoring or coaching experience.

Travel up to 50% within the region and occasional overnight stays are required. Valid MN driver’s license and vehicle insurance are needed. Bilingual in Spanish is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct service in early childhood education.
• 3 years mentoring/coaching/consultation/technical assistance.
• Knowledge of MN child care licensing and program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide RBPD and coaching to early care settings across Minnesota.
• Encourage collaboration between families, providers and community programs.
• Coach educators through modeling, goal setting, reflection and resource sharing with focus on inclusion and health/safety.
