Job summary

Automated Health Systems is hiring part-time Customer Service Representatives to handle information and support regarding benefits. The role is remote, with required pickup in Pittsburgh, PA, and hours from 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in a call center and strong PC skills. Health/human services experience and Medicaid knowledge are preferred, with a HS diploma/GED required (associates preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
