Please note: This position is fully remote, but applicants must reside in the U.S. and be available to work West Coast hours. Most students are in Pacific time zones, and availability should reflect that.

Qualifications

• Carry a caseload of 12+ students, mostly juniors and seniors.
• Work across time zones, primarily West Coast hours.
• Complete 30–40 hours of initial training with L&D.
• Remote work with own equipment and reliable internet.
• Counseling sessions billed at $75/hour; admin work at $35/hour.

Responsibilities

• Guide students and families through the full college process.
• Build 1:1 relationships and counsel outside school hours.
• Occasionally work weekends during the busy fall season.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to ongoing development.
• Support both students and families alongside the team.
