Job summary

HCO Behavioral Health Services is seeking experienced Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for a part-time independent contractor role in Louisiana (remote). The position focuses on behavioral health assessments (5–8 weekly) and supervising provisional and non-licensed clinicians via telehealth.

Qualifications

Active Louisiana license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
License in good standing.
Ability to provide clinical supervision under Louisiana regulations.
Excellent clinical judgment.
Strong documentation skills.
Reliable internet connection and private workspace for telehealth services.

Responsibilities

Complete approximately 5-8 comprehensive behavioral health assessments per week via telehealth.
Provide monthly supervision sessions and clinical consultation for supervisees.
Review and ensure documentation meets payer, organizational, and regulatory standards.
Develop clinical and treatment recommendations based on assessments.
