The role emphasizes adherence to labeling rules, collaboration with a team of SMEs, and ongoing training per security, clinical, and HR guidelines. Flexible scheduling, up to 28 hours weekly, for a 3-month engagement, with remote work.

Qualifications

• RN or NP with at least 5 years in acute or LTPAC settings.
• Familiarity with AI concepts in healthcare (LLM/NLP).
• Clinical degree required; bachelor's preferred with license verification.

Responsibilities

• Label PointClickCare clinical notes for AI model training.
• Provide clinical feedback and recommendations using nursing knowledge.
• Adhere to labeling rules and propose changes to improve product.
• Collaborate with SMEs for quality review of AI outputs.
• Complete required security, clinical director, and HR training.
