Job summary

PointClickCare is seeking a part-time contract data-labeling professional with 5+ years of clinical experience (RN/NP) to support AI model training for senior living EHR data. You will label clinical notes, provide nursing-informed feedback, and ensure labeling aligns with project rules.

Qualifications

• RN or NP with at least 5 years of clinical experience
• Familiarity with AI in healthcare and terms like LLM, NLP
• Clinical degree required; bachelor's preferred with license verification
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-starter, able to multitask in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Label PointClickCare clinical notes for AI model training (approx. 95% of tasks).
• Provide clinical feedback and recommendations based on nursing knowledge of Senior Living/SNF EHR.
• Align labeling with rules and suggest changes to improve the product.
• Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts for quality reviews of AI products.
• Complete required training per security, clinical director, and HR.
