Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains seeks part-time chaplains to provide spiritual care to employees and their families. You will visit client sites weekly, offer pastoral support, and coordinate with management to address personal and family issues in a confidential, compassionate manner.

Responsibilities include on-site visits, crisis support, funerals and grief care, and providing life resources. Strong Christian faith and community outreach are essential, with a flexible field-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in interdisciplinary and interfaith settings.

• Spiritual maturity and Christian lifestyle aligned with ministry values.
• Diplomacy and courtesy with diverse groups; maintain confidential information.
• Excellent oral and written communication; emotional stability.

• Proficient with Google Suites/Microsoft Office; learn new tech.
• Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Visit worksites weekly to build trust and relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions as needed.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and grief support.
• Coordinate with executives and clients during tragedies.
• Support post-termination care for departing employees.
• Deliver literature and resources to employees.
