The Mindful Lemon, Inc. is seeking licensed behavioral health therapists to join our growing remote team in a part-time capacity.

This W-2 role offers 24 hours per week, hourly pay of $43.27, and a flexible schedule designed for clinicians who value work-life balance and telehealth autonomy. You will provide weekly virtual therapy, complete same-day notes using AI-assisted documentation tools, and collaborate with our support teams to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently via telehealth.
• Excellent communication and precise documentation practices are required.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant telehealth spaces and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse client population.
• Maintain a minimum productivity of 18 billable sessions per week.
• Complete all clinical documentation the same day of service using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with provider support and clinical care teams.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and administrative activities.
• Maintain compliance with clinical, legal, ethical, and documentation requirements.
