Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Part-time, non-exempt employment status.
• Remote in PST or MST or hybrid from Walnut Creek, CA.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles client bank accounts, credit cards, and loans with statements and notifies clients of needed changes.
• Obtains documentation of purchased assets.
• Prepares, reviews, and maintains accurate general ledgers for assigned clients.
• Prepares payroll journal entries and 1099s as needed, reconciling wages to payroll reports.
• Handles Business License Renewals, Property Statements, Sales/Use Tax Returns, and other filings.
