Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Bilingual Customer Retention Representative to support policyholders considering cancellations or with lapsed policies. This remote, work-from-home role offers full-time and part-time schedules across morning and evening shifts.

You will handle inbound cancellation inquiries, contact customers for lapse recovery, and advise on policy options while maintaining a supportive, clear communication style. Prior call center or insurance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent reading/writing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Insurance/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inbound cancellation support: handle calls and explore retention options.
• Outbound lapse recovery: contact customers with lapses to discuss options.
• Customer consultation: assess policyholder situations and recommend coverage adjustments.
• Relationship building: maintain empathetic, clear communication.
• Documentation: keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Product knowledge: stay current on life insurance products and procedures.
• Communication: adapt style to customer needs and follow up for satisfaction.
• Performance: meet or exceed contact center KPIs and call quotas.
