Microbac Laboratories, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Operations BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making. You will build KPI dashboards, streamline reporting, and provide actionable insights to boost operational performance.

The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and Power BI, with experience turning complex data into clear business guidance. This is a remote, part-time role offering 10-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling.

Formación

• Proven BI/Data Analyst experience or similar.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel (Pivot, Power Query, formulas).
• Able to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track key operational metrics.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (Excel, LIMS, internal systems).
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas).
• Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify reporting needs and performance gaps.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting tools.
• Document data definitions and reporting workflows.
