Job summary

Already Autism Health d.b.a Commonwealth ABA is seeking a dedicated Part-time BCBA to provide remote and onsite ABA services in Georgia. You will assess, design and implement BIPs, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, data-driven care.

The role requires GA-licensed BCBA with active LBA in GA, strong communication, and a commitment to evidence-based ABA. Flexible scheduling supports client needs and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a BCBA in good standing and live in GA or within 50 miles of GA line.
• Must have (GA) LBA License
• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and strategies.
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools, behavior analytic methodologies, and intervention techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and think critically in dynamic and challenging situations.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism, this position will be onsite & virtual. Must live in the state of Georgia or live within 50 miles of Georgia line to have LBA in GA.

Contractual Agreements

• This is a Full-time position (8:00AM - 6:30PM).
• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• The BCBA will be required to adhere to the professional and ethical standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Continued professional development and ongoing training opportunities will be provided.
