Acts360 in the United States is seeking an Appointment Setter with 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing and phone prospecting to schedule sales appointments with small/medium business owners. Qualifications

• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace.
• Must be US citizen and able to work Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling 13-20 suspects and prospects per hour
• Meet and exceed conversation goals daily
• Set quality appointments with decision-makers
• Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects
• Meet and exceed daily metrics
