Job summary

Comstock seeks a ParkX Remote Management Center Attendant to support the operation of a complex parking site with multiple employees, which may be manned, unmanned, automated, or manual. You will process exception transactions, maintain site reports, and use parking management software and POS systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

Weekend availability and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in service industry; 3 months in parking setting preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Basic math calculations.
• Strong reading and writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive standard/automatic.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with customers.
• Accountability and integrity with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Process exception transactions accurately per policy.
• Operate Microsoft Office and POS systems to track transactions and generate reports.
• Maintain knowledge of automated parking equipment and access control.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with technical support.
• Deliver high-quality customer interactions and resolve issues.
• Manage contract parker program including onboarding and billing.
• Respond to escalated concerns and document resolutions.
• Ensure site safety and adherence to company procedures.
• Oversee daily opening, managing, and closing of the facility.
• Complete daily activity and accident reports.
