Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a transactional practice as paralegal, assistant, or attorney.
• Experience with commercial real estate documents and filing requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve research and drafting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage document lifecycle for each transaction, including SNDAs.
• Coordinate with title companies for recording instruments in county records.
• Track lien waivers and as-built sets from contractors on active projects.
• Assist due diligence and organize project files for acquisitions.
