Job summary
A leading virtual paralegal services provider is looking for a skilled Virtual Paralegal to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role requires at least 3 years of recent law firm experience and proficiency in multiple practice areas such as litigation and estate planning. Qualifications
3+ years of recent law firm paralegal experience in at least two legal areas.
Minimum availability of 20 hours/week to start.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
Availability and responsiveness within 1 hour during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Responsibilities
Assist with client intake, gather documents, and organize case files.
Manage matters from intake through resolution, maintaining organized files.
Draft, edit, and format legal documents including pleadings and correspondence.
Prepare and file documents in accordance with court rules.
Conduct legal and factual research and prepare summaries for attorney review.
