Job summary

Inspira Financial Trust, LLC is seeking a Paralegal (Remote) to support the Legal Department’s Health & Benefits business. You will handle intake of new legal matters, manage subpoenas and customer disputes, and assist with regulatory licensing under the supervision of attorneys.

You will provide litigation support, coordinate licensing filings across jurisdictions, monitor renewal deadlines, organize licensing records, process legal invoices, and contribute to improvements in case management

Responsibilities

• New matter intake: receipt of service of process for all legal matters and customer disputes; initial review to decide assignment.
• Process subpoenas and customer disputes: assess validity/scope; gather documents; draft responses.
• Provide litigation support as needed.
• Regulatory licensing support: manage TPA licensing/renewals across jurisdictions; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare and file state registrations and annual reports.
• Manage legal invoices and improve case management processes.
