Injective Labs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join the legal team, focusing on blockchain technology, regulatory compliance, contracts, and research.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of blockchain-related legal principles and experience with KYC processes, preferably using Synaps or similar platforms. Remote-friendly environment and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certificate a plus.
• 2–3 years paralegal experience, preferably in finance or crypto.
• Strong understanding of contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with KYC processes preferred (Synaps a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents related to company operations.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with external parties, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct regulatory research and stay updated on compliance requirements.
• Work with internal teams, providing legal guidance in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) processes using Synaps or similar platforms.
