Injective Labs is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team in the blockchain and DeFi space.

You will draft, review, and manage contracts, support regulatory compliance, and lead KYC processes with platforms such as Synaps, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of paralegal experience, familiarity with blockchain law, and the ability to adapt to an evolving regulatory landscape with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2–3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably with DeFi/blockchain exposure.
• Strong understanding of contracts, regulatory compliance, and KYC concepts.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with external parties, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct regulatory research and stay updated on compliance requirements.
• Provide legal guidance to internal teams for day-to-day operations.
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, with experience using Synaps or similar platforms.
