Job summary

TerrAscend is seeking a Legal Assistant to support governance tasks and corporate compliance. You will assist in board materials, maintain entity records, and work on Form 4 filings with counsel, while helping streamline legal services for efficiency.

You'll collaborate with senior counsel and cross-functional teams, supporting not only document preparation but also a confidential, professional environment that values accuracy and timeliness in a high-growth cannabis industry company.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal experience with strong governance or corporate law exposure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for administrative or operations roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint and databases is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Board of Directors governance materials including agendas, minutes and written consents.
• Manage content and users of Diligent for board governance.
• Maintain entities (domestic and foreign) including resolutions, powers of attorney, and certificates; assist with Form 16 filings like Form 4s.
