Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant focused on Privileged Access Management to guide customers through deployment and ensure long-term technical success. This post-sales, remote role collaborates with CSMs and sales teams, delivering architectural guidance and governance across Idira PAM solutions.

You will engage with enterprise clients, lead workshops, mentor best practices, and ensure production readiness while driving adoption, renewals, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.
• 5+ years enterprise software or security consulting.
• 2+ years as TAM or Technical Customer Success.
• 3+ years SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering services.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to boost execution.
• Broad knowledge of IAM, network security, and risk management.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and executive rapport.
• Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and oversee PAM programs.
• Lead design workshops for enterprise deployments around CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Assess customer needs and establish deployment paths.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise teams and executive sponsors.
• Conduct technical health checks, architecture reviews, and performance assessments.
• Report adoption, platform health, and value delivery metrics.
• Monitor platform utilization and drive usage expansion.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts.
• Gather feedback to influence product roadmaps and operations.
• Collaborate across Services, Support, Product, and R&D teams to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise engagements with efficiency.
