Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through the full deployment lifecycle of Idira Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, blending technical architecture with governance and executive advisory services.

You will own technical success criteria, guide customers to production readiness, and maintain ongoing oversight to drive account health, renewal expansion, and value realization across large deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with CyberArk or equivalent enterprise PAM solutions.
• 5+ years in enterprise software or security consulting.
• 2+ years in a TAM or Technical Customer Success role.
• 3+ years at a SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering professional or technical account services.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools to enhance execution.
• Broad knowledge across databases, networking, IDP/AD, systems administration, and app security.
• Strong IAM, network security, and enterprise risk management background.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and build executive rapport.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee PAM programs tailored to client goals.
• Lead design workshops for enterprise CyberArk deployments.
• Assess customer needs to set technical priorities and deployment paths.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise teams and sponsors.
• Conduct health checks, architecture reviews, and security best-practices assessments.
• Report adoption, platform health, and value delivery in customer reviews.
• Monitor platform usage and provide recommendations to drive expansion.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and escalations.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, Support, and Product to resolve issues.
• Manage multiple enterprise engagements with focus and detail.
