Job summary

Palo Alto Networks seeks a Professional Services Consultant to guide post‑sales deployments of Idira PAM solutions. You will architect deployments, drive adoption, and provide executive-level advisory services across multiple geographies.

This remote role partners with CSMs and AEs to manage renewals and expansion opportunities. You will own technical success criteria, ensure production readiness, and maintain continuous oversight to maximize account health and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk or equivalent PAM.
• 5+ years in enterprise software or security consulting.
• 2+ years in TAM or Technical Customer Success.
• 3+ years delivering professional or technical account services in SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Experience using AI productivity tools to enhance execution.
• Broad knowledge of databases, networks, IAM, and system security.
• Strong ability to lead technical discussions and engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee Privileged Access Management programs for clients.
• Lead workshops to design enterprise CyberArk deployments.
• Assess customer needs to set technical priorities and deployment paths.
• Maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise sponsors.
• Perform health checks and architecture reviews for security alignment.
• Report adoption, platform health, and value delivery to customers.
• Act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts and escalations.
• Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmaps and operations.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, and internal teams to drive renewals and expansion.
• Drive deployment governance and ongoing technical governance.
