Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Paid Social Strategist to plan and optimize full‑funnel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. This 100% remote role serves clients nationwide, helping grow new customers, revenue, and LTV through data‑driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss Point, and Client Leadership to convert business goals into repeatable playbooks, using Automation and Bliss Point insights to minimize waste and maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Paid Social across Meta and TikTok.
• Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit is a plus.
• Hands-on with platform features (Advantage+, CAPI) and testing.
• Strong storytelling and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into clear Paid Social plans across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.
• Partner with Creative, Analytics, Product/ Bliss Point, and Client Leadership to execute.
• Leverage Bliss Point insights to guide budgets, tests, and bets.
• Maintain healthy data/tracking and report results in plain language.
