829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks a mid-level Paid Social Strategist to manage client portfolios, craft multi-campaign strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and deliver regular updates to clients, contributing to overall client success.

You'll leverage Meta/LinkedIn advertising, GA analytics, and CMS tools, while collaborating with teams to drive measurable outcomes across channels in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managing paid advertising programs.
• Strong knowledge of Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA, HubSpot Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to use AI-powered tools to improve research, insights, and reporting.
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS.
• Understanding landing page optimization practices.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Experience with pixeling/conversion tracking via GTM.
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for a portfolio of medium-to-enterprise size businesses.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments.
