Qualifications

• 2–4 years managing paid advertising programs.
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reports.
• Advise clients on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Develop into a technical resource for other departments.
