Job summary

DEPT® is looking for an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, to provide essential production support for the account team. You will build and launch paid social campaigns, manage tasks, traffic assets, and run performance reports, while participating in client meetings and internal syncs.

You will work across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snap, with a strong emphasis on Facebook ads. This is a remote-friendly role based in the United States with a collaborative, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid social experience (Facebook ads a must, TikTok and Snapchat a bonus).
• Desire to quickly learn and master social channels.
• Proven prior work experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, CONCATENATING, TEXT TO COLUMNS).
• High level of independence, curiosity and desire to grow responsibilities and skill set.

Responsibilities

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by assembling plans and objectives, creating schedules, organizing, reporting data, and tracking progress.
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data.
• Manage your workflow to ensure timely delivery on projects.
• Craft clear and compelling internal and external communications.
• Work collaboratively across internal channels to meet team and client needs.
