Job summary

Ignite Visibility is seeking a highly skilled Paid Campaign Manager to join our growing Paid Media team. This hands-on role focuses on Paid Search strategy and execution, owning a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

You will bring 2–3 years of hands-on Paid Search experience, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote, U.S.-based position with no people management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Location: Must reside within the continental United States; fully remote.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on Paid Search experience.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Direct experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously (20–30 accounts is a strong advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and align Paid Search initiatives with client objectives.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and improve campaigns.
• Perform daily account optimizations and evaluate performance against goals.
• Create, test, and optimize ad copy to improve traffic and conversions.
• Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and communicate with clients.
