Townsquare Ignite in the United States is seeking a results-driven Paid Search Manager to plan, implement, and optimize SEM campaigns across Google and Bing. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment to drive engagement and conversions.

This fully remote role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and reporting, and the ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and deliver timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Advertising or Marketing
• 1-2 years hands-on experience buying media through Google and Bing
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work in team and independently

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns to drive engagement and conversion
• Keyword analysis and recommendations based on search volume
• In-platform setup of paid search campaigns
• Text copywriting for paid search
• Manage budgets and monitor KPIs to meet client goals
• Track ROI and ad spend across accounts monthly
• Generate monthly reporting and performance insights
• Troubleshoot technical and performance issues
• Support on special projects and assist in developing search strategies
• Maintain account records (IOs, Asana tickets, emails)
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings with camera on
