Job summary

Monks, a global digital marketing partner, is seeking a Media Operations professional to drive end-to-end activation for client campaigns across the US and internationally. The role blends hands-on media execution with strategic counsel and cross-team collaboration.

You will lead campaign planning, manage client relationships, mentor teammates, and stay ahead of industry trends while delivering measurable business value in a remote/hybrid, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency in at least two platforms and basic understanding of a third.
• Ability to outline, plan, and manage projects with KPI ownership.
• Strong data context for client goals, with Excel/Sheets proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery and client communications.
• Architect media strategy and lead planning, builds, and ongoing management.
• Build trust with clients, review requests, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teammates on day-to-day tasks.
• Share learnings and contribute to trainings.
• Execute across DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Google Ads, SA360.
• Utilize internal tools like Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday.
• Mentor team members and stay informed on industry trends.
• Maintain understanding of Media.Monks services and growth opportunities.
