Monks seeks a skilled Media Operations lead to steer end‑to‑end digital campaigns for US and international clients. You will architect strategy, oversee delivery, and mentor teammates while maintaining strong client relationships.

A hybrid/remote role allows collaboration across time zones and teams, with a focus on performance and strategic guidance. You will leverage DV360, TTD, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, and other platforms to optimize media activation and drive business results for diverse

Qualifications

Expert level proficiency on at least two ad platforms and a basic understanding of a third.
Deep knowledge of programmatic buying and cross‑channel strategy.
Strong ability to plan, manage, and deliver client campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Excellent data interpretation and communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end campaign delivery and client communications.
Architect media strategy and lead campaign planning and execution.
Build trust with clients through updates, requests, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with team members to complete day‑to‑day tasks.
Share learnings and insights with peers and clients.
Utilize platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta, Google Ads, SA360, and more.
