OuterBox is seeking a talented Paid Media Strategist for our Professionals team to develop and execute search engine marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and sales. The role is fully remote, based in the United States, and involves planning across Google and Bing, as well as social platforms.

You will lead client-facing engagements, present data-driven roadmaps, and optimize campaigns using modern tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid search experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Agency experience with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in Google Shopping and Paid Social (LinkedIn and Meta).
• Experience in Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Lead planning sessions and present strategic roadmaps aligned with client KPIs.
• Measure campaign performance and create insightful monthly reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client goals.
• Conduct competitive and audience analysis to inform campaigns.
