HigherVisibility, a nationally recognized digital marketing agency headquartered in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Paid Media Implementation Specialist to join our remote-first team. This hands-on role focuses on the execution, maintenance, and quality assurance of Google Ads and Meta campaigns for assigned client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media execution experience in digital marketing operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience building, launching, or maintaining campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of targeting, budgets, lead forms, and basic conversion tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication and reliable follow-through.
• Good problem-solving and judgment for troubleshooting.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CRMs, and marketing tools.
• Quick learner, adaptable to client needs and processes.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable remote work.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and update Google Ads and Meta campaigns using approved templates, assets, targeting, budgets, and schedules.
• Perform routine campaign maintenance including geographic targeting, budgets, creative updates, and pauses/restarts.
• Conduct pre-launch QA to ensure client data, settings, tracking, and lead forms meet requirements.
• Monitor lead delivery and document findings, escalating issues needing specialist support.
• Troubleshoot basic delivery issues, including payment method updates and advertiser verification.
• Review access, verification status, and billing issues, coordinating next steps with teammates.
• Maintain CRM records, trackers, and implementation notes.
• Contribute to improved repeatable processes, checklists, and workflows.
