Job summary

Perigon Wealth Management, LLC is seeking a paid summer Digital Strategy Intern to gain real-world exposure in wealth management while working remotely. The program offers hands-on experience across departments and mentorship, with up to 30 hours per week.

You will support growth initiatives with the Digital Strategy/engineering team, learning to analyze data, craft outreach messages, and build dashboards. The capstone project lets you present recommendations to firm leadership and network with

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college/university (Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred).
• Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate.
• GPA requirement: 3.0.
• Strong interest in wealth management and financial planning.
• Eager to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.
• Engineering, data and AI exposure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify data sets for targeted campaigns and evaluate data providers for relevance to client profiles.
• Draft messaging for sequences, design and run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
• Build and improve reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and visualize data.
• Support growth automation tools and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
• Document findings and present recommendations to the Digital Strategy team.
