You’ll work with seasoned professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain a practical view of how an independent wealth management firm delivers client outcomes.

You'll engage in cross-functional exposure, mentorship, and capstone work that mirrors real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university (Finance, Business, Economics, or related majors preferred).
• Must be a junior, senior, or postgraduate.
• GPA requirement: 3.5.
• Genuine interest in wealth management, financial planning, investing, and client experience.
• A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—willing to jump in, take initiative, and help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Perigon's mission, values, business, and client service delivery.
• Gain exposure to Wealth Management functions (Planning, Research, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, People & Culture, Marketing).
• Support strategic initiatives such as market research, competitive analysis, and growth opportunities.
• Complete a capstone project over the final 8 weeks and present findings to firm leadership.
• Build relationships with mentors and colleagues across the firm.
