Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Packaging Program Lead to own the packaging workstream across a portfolio of life sciences projects. You will drive labeling, packaging, and serialization, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional accountability in a remote, matrix-driven setting.

Ideal candidates have PM experience in life sciences with GMP exposure and a track record of coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience delivering packaging projects in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the packaging workstream across the full project portfolio, representing it in all project forums.
• Lead end-to-end private label launches, including labeling, packaging, and serialization.
• Drive daily project execution—unblocking issues, escalating as needed, and maintaining schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with the remote packaging managed service.
• Develop a repeatable, structured model for packaging program delivery.
• Provide critical review and challenge of stakeholder data to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Adapt work style to align with diverse stakeholder cultures across development and commercial teams.
