Job summary

Meet Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Labelling Compliance to lead global labelling compliance across products. You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, QA, and operations to ensure inspections readiness and regulatory alignment.

You will manage label tracking systems (RIMS/EDMS), support regulatory inspections, CAPA programs, and drive continuous improvements across governance and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences required.
• 3–5+ years in Global Labelling or Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of global labelling regulations and compliance.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections, audits, CAPAs, and quality systems.
• Hands-on with Labelling management platforms (RIMS/EDMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead global labelling compliance activities across commercial products.
• Oversee distribution, tracking, implementation and reporting of global labelling updates.
• Manage compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, CAPA development, and audit readiness activities.
• Act as SME for global label tracking systems (RIMS, EDMS).
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely labelling changes worldwide.
• Review and monitor quality events, deviations, and change controls related to labelling.
• Drive continuous improvement across labelling processes, systems, governance.
• Represent Global Labelling on cross-functional product teams and regulatory initiatives.
