Job summary

Kristin Wyman Farmers Insurance is seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative for a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will prospect, quote, and sell personal lines (auto, home, renters, umbrella) while building strong client relationships via phone, email, and virtual channels.

Active P&C license in the resident state is required; prior P&C sales experience and familiarity with Farmers products are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license in resident state
• Previous P&C insurance sales experience preferred
• Experience with Farmers Insurance products or captive agency sales is a plus
• Proven sales skills with a strong closing ability
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and sell personal lines insurance products including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and virtual communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
