- Strong Property & Casualty insurance knowledge.
- Experience in technology product management.
- Experience creating PRDs, requirements, and user stories.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.
Responsibilities
- Translate P&C insurance needs into product requirements and capabilities.
- Develop PRDs, product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
- Partner with engineering, design, and SMEs throughout development and release.
- Own discovery, prioritization, roadmap inputs, and release planning.
- Evaluate trade-offs and align stakeholders on scope and priorities.
- Support launches and ongoing product improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, insurance SMEs, and business leaders.
