Danny Day Insurance Agency – Allstate is seeking an experienced insurance producer/account manager for a remote role in California. You will blend personal lines account management with inside sales, helping clients while identifying opportunities to retain and grow their coverage with the agency.

Requirements include insurance experience, a California license (or willingness to obtain), and a strong focus on client service, communication, and organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow existing relationships by bundling policies and adding coverage.
• Provide responsive service: answer questions, process changes, follow through.
• Conduct proactive coverage reviews with clients.
• Support client retention by addressing concerns and explaining options.
• Meet sales and service expectations while achieving monthly goals.
• Stay organized: document conversations in CRM and manage follow-ups.
• Maintain accuracy: gather information and follow underwriting requirements.
• Contribute to the team with coaching and knowledge sharing.
