Danny Day Insurance Agency – Allstate in Redding, CA is hiring for a full-time, in-office insurance sales role. You will help existing clients bundle policies and explore added coverage while welcoming walk-ins and guiding decisions with clear explanations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of insurance experience.
• A California Property and Casualty insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.
• Availability to work in person at our Redding, CA office.
• Strong communication skills over the phone and face-to-face.
• Sales judgment: you recognize client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and confidently ask for the business.
• Business judgment: you understand how client retention, new sales, and accurate work contribute to a successful agency.
• A positive mindset, personal accountability, and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Grow Client Relationships: Proactively contact existing clients to identify opportunities to bundle policies and add appropriate protection.
• Welcome Walk-In Customers: Create a friendly, professional experience and turn in-person conversations into opportunities to serve and sell.
• Lead Thoughtful Coverage Conversations: Ask questions, understand client needs, explain options, and communicate value beyond price.
• Ask for the Business: Handle objections confidently and help clients move forward with coverage that fits their needs.
• Maintain Consistent Daily Activity: Follow through on outreach, quotes, and follow-ups, and respond promptly to clients.
• Stay Organized and Accurate: Keep CRM records current, gather complete application information, and follow carrier underwriting and documentation requirements.
• Work Toward Sales Goals: Take ownership of your results, use feedback to improve, and contribute to the team’s success.
