• Plans and manages projects of moderate to high complexity with independence.
• Leads complex reserve analyses using actuarial, statistical, or predictive modeling techniques.
• Influences reserve reviews and business decisions through understanding of insurance and claims.
• Mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
• Communicates reserving methodologies and results to leadership and partners.
• Selects and ensures quality of data used for reserve analyses and projections.
