Parametrix, a 100% employee-owned infrastructure consultancy in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an experienced Owner’s Advisor to lead capital programs for public and private clients. The role focuses on representing the owner, guiding procurement, cost and schedule oversight, and delivering complex projects from concept through warranty.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in owner’s advisory or management consulting for infrastructure, with DBIA certification and a strong background in alternative

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting in owner’s advisory, or management consulting in infrastructure.
• Strong background in procurement processes, contract development, cost estimation.
• Experience with schedule development, risk assessment, decision analysis, lifecycle cost.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Owner and support projects from concept through warranty.
• Provide hands-on leadership across all delivery phases.
• Advise on alternative delivery: CM/GC, CMAR, GC/CM, PDB, DB heavy civil.
• Develop, review, and validate cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate project schedules, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
• Conduct risk assessments and lifecycle cost evaluations.
• Negotiate scope, budget, and timelines in the owner’s interest.
• Advise on procurement strategies and delivery methods.
• Build and maintain client partnerships throughout the project.
