Job summary

Parametrix seeks an experienced Owner’s Advisor to join the Advisory Services team, guiding projects from concept through design, procurement, construction, and closeout.

The role targets seasoned consultants with 15+ years in owner’s advisory or alternative delivery, plus DBIA certification. We offer flexible work arrangements (hybrid/remote), a strong ESOP, and projects across water, transportation, and environmental programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting in owner’s advisory and alternative delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex capital programs.
• DBIA certification and strong client relations.
• Experience in procurement processes and lifecycle cost evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Owner: advise from concept through warranty.
• Provide leadership across all delivery phases.
• Advise on alternative delivery methods (CM/GC, CMAR, etc.).
• Lead cost and budget oversight; validate estimates.
• Monitor schedules and assess risks; recommend actions.
• Conduct risk assessments and lifecycle cost analyses.
• Review scope, schedule and budget to protect the owner.
• Advise on procurement strategies and delivery approaches.
• Build and maintain client partnerships throughout projects.
