Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Remote IPU Pharmacy Technician, Overnight, to join our Pennsylvania-based team. The role is remote, allowing work-from-home from PA, with an overnight schedule and no travel.

You will perform prescription data entry, manage pharmacy systems, review faxed orders, and maintain documentation for compliance. The position requires PA registration or eligibility and offers a full-time schedule with remote work continuity.

Qualifications

• One year of pharmacy technician data entry experience (2 years preferred).
• Familiarity with brand and generic drug names.
• PA Board of Pharmacy registration required or obtain registration prior to deadline.
• TN Board of Pharmacy registration required for out-of-state residents.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform prescription data entry in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review and process faxed medication orders with hospices, documenting interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of drug names, formulary guidelines, and IPU profiling standards.
• Perform daily activities to meet IPU goals and maintain profile accuracy.
• Support ADS troubleshooting and after-hours protocols, including E3 and PCO-related processing.
• Maintain detailed call logs for clients, prescribers, and hospice interactions.
• Assist pharmacies with claims adjudication for emergent medications and escalate urgent requests.
• Support ADS-related reporting, tracking, and trend analysis for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve prescription issues.
