Job summary

Dragonfly Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a Pharmacy Technician IPU to perform prescription data entry, build medication profiles, and support hospice partners. The role requires a PA or TN CPhT license and 2+ years of data-entry experience in managed care or PBM settings.

You will coordinate with local pharmacies, document interactions, and maintain accurate call logs, contributing to timely medication delivery and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmacy data entry experience; managed care or PBM experience preferred.
• Current PA or TN Pharmacy Technician license in good standing preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and claim adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform prescription data entry.
• Build and maintain accurate medication profiles and MARs for IPU patients.
• Review and process faxed medication orders independently with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with hospices to obtain or clarify prescription information and document interactions.
• Maintain precise call log documentation for all interactions.
• Coordinate with local pharmacies on claim adjudication for emergency needs.
