Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, Pharmacy technician preferred.
• PA Board of Pharmacy registration or ability to obtain before deadline.
• One year of pharmacy technician data entry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter prescription data per policies and regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems and MS apps to support medication management.
• Review faxed orders, verify details with hospices, document interactions.
• Maintain UP/brand name knowledge and formulary guidelines.
• Support ADS troubleshooting and after-hours processes, including E3 support.
• Maintain detailed call logs for clients, prescribers, and hospice.
