Job summary

Qualifications

• Funeral Directors License where required by state law.
• Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support licensing.
• Current state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to consumers.
• Self-initiate community leads and schedule sales appointments; track activities in CRM; may work nights and weekends.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with families; support families in time of grief and provide service excellence.
• Collaborate with management and staff to deliver high-quality services and improve processes.
